ABOUT US
Law office UHAL came into existence in 2008. Law office provides legal help in the area of commercial law, civil law, criminal law and in other law fields. We provide legal services for domestic as well as foreign clients, we concentrate on entrepreneurs, but we also provide legal help for citizens who are not entrepreneurs. Our lawyers and articled clerks have sufficient theoretical knowledge and practical experience to ensure a client always leaves us satisfied with provided services. Our top priority is a high level of the client’s legal security, enforcing his interests, promptness of the provided services, as well as client’s overall comfort with our services. The legal services provided are both in Slovak and English language. Currently we are seated in Zvolen’s city centre, on Námestie SNP square. We look forward to seeing you in our office.

OUR TEAM
JUDR. MAROŠ UHAĽ
FOUNDER AND CEO
JUDr. Maroš Uhaľ successfully finished law studies on Law faculty at Pavol Jozef Šafárik University in Košice by a state examination in 1994. From 1994 to 1997 he worked as a justiciary expectant first at a District court in Zvolen and afterwards in Dolný Kubín. In 1997 he successfully passed a judicial examination.
From 1997 to 2000 he worked as an articled clerk in a Law Office of JUDr. Miroslav Abelovský in Zvolen. In 2000 he became a lawyer and a partner in the Law office Abelovský-Uhaľ. In 2008 he established his own law office UHAL.
Later he has founded company Advokátska kancelária UHAĽ s.r.o. It focuses on the field of commercial, civil law, criminal law, as well as law of bills of exchange, cheques and tax law. He speaks Slovak and English language.
MGR. ADAM UHAĽ
Articling attorney
Mgr. Adam Uhaľ successfully completed studies at the Faculty of Law of the Trnava university in Trnava in 2019. Since the year 2018 he had worked as law trainee in the Law office UHAĽ s.r.o. Since June 2019 he has been working as articled clerk. He prefers comercial and civil law.
He speaks Slovak and English language.
MGR. MARTIN FRANCL
Articling attorney
Mgr. Martin Francl successfully completed master’s degree in law at the Faculty of Law of the Matej Bel University in Banská Bystrica in June 2020. Since June 2019 he had worked as legal trainee in the Law office UHAĽ s.r.o. Since July 2020 he has been working as articled clerk. He prefers civil law and commercial law. He speaks Slovak and English language.
MGR. PETER TURIS
Lawyer
Mgr. Peter Turis has finished his law studies at Faculty of Law, Comenius University in Bratislava in the year 1978. Between 1978 and 1992 he worked as a civil servant in the district of Zvolen, in municipal authority of the Town of Zvolen and also in the district road administration Zvolen. Between 1993 and 2013 he worked as a civil servant at the cadastre administration Zvolen, later District bureau, cadastre section Zvolen and eventually cadastre administration Zvolen once again. During his time at the cadastre office, he was employed with decision-making in the cadastre proceedings pertaining to the rights to, and encumbrances on, immovables. His scope of expertise is therefore the cadastre and rights to immovables. He speaks Slovak.
ING. JANA AMBROŠOVÁ
Assistant
From 1993 to 2008 she worked in the company DEVON, s.r.o. in Zvolen as an assistant accountant and later as a wage accountant. From 2008 to 2013 she worked in the company FOR SPORT, s.r.o. in Banská Bystrica as an officer of business. She successfully completed studies at the branch of „Economy and Management renewable natural resources“at Technical University in Zvolen by a state examination in 2013. Since 2013 she has been working as an assistant in Law Office UHAĽ s.r.o.
Tereza Uhaľová
Legal trainee
Since 2019, she has been a full-time student at the Faculty of Law of the University of Trnava in Trnava. In the Attorney's office UHAĽ s.r.o. she has been working as a legal trainee since June 2020. In 2020, she succeeded in obtaining the Cambridge English Certificate, with which she proved her level of knowledge of the English language Level C2. For this reason, she has also applied as an English language teacher and has been tutoring at a language school in Trnava. She is currently an intern at the Chancellery of Slovak parliament in Bratislava. She speaks Slovak and English.
