We have been active in the legal services market since 2008, initially as attorney JUDr. Maroš Uhaľ and, since 2012, as the law firm UHAĽ s.r.o. We provide legal services with an emphasis on expertise, precision, and a personal approach to every client.
We focus on commercial, civil, labor, and administrative law, including administrative litigation. In addition to handling comprehensive contractual and other legal matters, we also represent clients in court disputes. We provide legal assistance to businesses and individuals, as well as to domestic and foreign clients.
Our goal is to offer reliable and, above all, practical legal solutions at a high professional level in both Slovak and English.

Shareholder and Managing Partner
He has been a lawyer since 2000. He specializes in commercial, civil, and tax law, and handles both litigation and contract matters. He speaks Slovak and English.
Mgr. Martin Francl
Associate Attorney
After completing his legal clerkship at our firm, he passed the bar exam and became an attorney. He specializes in civil and commercial law. He speaks Slovak and English.
Mgr. Monika Baluchová
Legal intern
She joined the firm as a legal intern after completing her law degree at Matej Bel University in Banská Bystrica. She specializes in civil and commercial law. She speaks Slovak and English.
Mgr. Tereza Uhaľová
Legal intern
After studying law at the University of Trnava and gaining extensive legal and other professional experience in Slovakia, she is currently working as a legal intern. In addition to Slovak, she is fluent in English.
Ing. Jana Ambrošová
Assistant
With extensive prior work experience and having successfully completed her studies at the Technical University in Zvolen, she is now working for our firm, which we are delighted about. She provides administrative support and ensures the smooth operation of the office.
Mgr. Peter Turis
Lawyer
As a former long-time employee of the Land Registry who made decisions in cadastral proceedings, he has extensive experience in the real estate sector.
