We will advise you on which business structure to choose when starting your business. We will incorporate a business entity or other legal entity for you, guide you through the pitfalls of the initial legal steps, prepare the necessary business contracts for you, and review and amend any contract sent to you by your business partner. We will sue your debtors in the appropriate court and collect your receivables through a bailiff. For receivables you entrust to us for collection, we will personally notify you of the initiation of bankruptcy proceedings against the debtor and will also file these claims in the bankruptcy proceedings.
Once you entrust your case to us, you won’t have to worry about a thing. We will prepare the necessary contracts and other documents; in the event of a dispute, we will file the appropriate lawsuits or appeals against decisions; and we will keep you informed only to the extent that you choose. We will not miss any deadlines; we will monitor them on your behalf and ensure they are met.
Since we also handle tax disputes—including those related to value-added tax and income tax—we can review any tax issues related to a specific contract you are drafting to ensure that the contract is not open to challenge from a tax perspective. We can also consult on any necessary issues with an auditor or tax advisor with whom we have a long-standing working relationship.

Since we have many clients whose employment matters we have been handling for many years, we are able to provide any kind of legal assistance in the field of labor law. We will draft employment contracts, agreements on work activities, work performance agreements, and similar documents for you, and we will prepare amendments to these documents. We will draft notices of termination, immediate termination of employment, and advise you on how to proceed so that the matter does not end up in court. We will draft or review any contracts with temporary employment agencies or other organizations operating in the labor market.
Since we know how to validly terminate an employment relationship, we are also aware of when such a termination is invalid. We will take on your case, notify your employer that your employment was terminated invalidly, and therefore insist on your continued employment so that you are entitled to average earnings; we will file a lawsuit to declare the employment contract invalid, represent you in court, and, upon a successful outcome, recover your unpaid wages and other claims from the employer.

We specialize in the dissolution and settlement of joint ownership of real estate, whether through out-of-court agreements or, if necessary, through court rulings. The termination and settlement of joint ownership has its own specific characteristics and a legally prescribed sequence of settlement methods, making it a relatively complex legal matter; therefore, representation by an attorney is highly recommended.
Yes, we provide legal services ranging from drafting the purchase agreement through to its execution; if authorized by the client, we can also register the agreement with the Land Registry, which we do electronically. Submitting the registration application electronically also significantly reduces the client’s land registry fees, as administrative fees are substantially lower in such cases.
We can take on your case, and if access cannot be secured by other means, we will request that the court issue an emergency order to ensure access to the property. Once the court issues this order, we will file a lawsuit to establish a right-of-way easement in accordance with the Civil Code. If you wish, we will arrange for a surveyor, as it is almost always necessary to prepare a survey plan in such matters. We will represent you in the proceedings from the beginning until their final resolution.

If you already have a court order, we can prepare a petition to initiate enforcement proceedings against the person who is not paying child support. If you do not yet have custody of the child or a child support order, we will discuss your case with you, agree on the amount of child support you are seeking, and prepare a petition for you. We will represent you in the proceedings.
We will draft a gift agreement, and since legal acts performed by minors—even if they have legal guardians (parents)—are subject to court approval, we will prepare a motion for approval of this legal act and represent you in the proceedings.

You will issue us a power of attorney, and we will draft and file an appeal against the decision. If we are unsuccessful at the higher level, we will draft and file a lawsuit on your behalf with the administrative court to have the tax decision overturned.

We provide representation at all levels of the court system, from district courts through regional courts up to the Supreme Court. However, our legal assistance does not end there; we can prepare an appeal to the Supreme Court and represent you in appellate proceedings, as well as in constitutional complaint proceedings before the Constitutional Court. Finally, we also have experience in filing complaints with the European Court of Human Rights and representing clients before it.
If charges have been filed against you, we will file an appeal, represent you during the preliminary proceedings, and represent you in court. We will also communicate directly with law enforcement authorities on your behalf.
Our legal representation includes filing all types of appeals. An appeal is an extraordinary remedy against a final decision, and it is not easy to draft one effectively. Furthermore, a party must be represented by counsel in appeal proceedings. We have experience in this area, as well as a number of successfully resolved appeal cases.

The complaint may be filed in Slovak, but once the complaint is accepted, all communication with the court must be in one of the court’s official languages. This is an area of our expertise.
